Nada de lo que estamos haciendo es casualidad. Es el resultado de muchas semanas de coordinaci\u00f3n y una mirada clara de hacia d\u00f3nde queremos ir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cdb9cd00f3744b5950b1b08f85a11035\">Quiero agradecer especialmente al equipo de la Intendencia, que ha venido trabajando con una seriedad admirable junto a los Municipios y tambi\u00e9n a los operadores, comerciantes, emprendedores y organizaciones del territorio, que se est\u00e1n sumando con compromiso y entusiasmo. <em>R\u00edo Negro necesita esta alianza: lo p\u00fablico y lo privado empujando en la misma direcci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"478\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 848 \/ 478;\" width=\"848\" controls src=\"https:\/\/guillermolevratto.uy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Video-2025-12-05-at-19.35.16.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-58ee002cd855cde482f92f764b30cbe8\">Hoy tambi\u00e9n reafirm\u00e9 algo que considero fundamental: <em><strong>\u201cno vamos a gobernar al ritmo de las redes ni de las operaciones pol\u00edticas\u2026 vamos a gobernar al ritmo que corresponde a un departamento que se toma en serio su desarrollo: el ritmo de la planificaci\u00f3n y del trabajo responsable\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f19fbddd84abe653be8bb7120ba5ebca\">Sobre Playa Ubici, transmit\u00ed tranquilidad. Estamos avanzando con el C\u00edrculo Policial para asegurar su habilitaci\u00f3n en condiciones adecuadas, cuidando accesos, servicios y mantenimiento.
