En el trabajo, en los ingresos, en el tiempo que se dedica a los cuidados y en las oportunidades que muchas veces se abren m\u00e1s tarde o con m\u00e1s obst\u00e1culos para las mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-885fa65070bc8948c8c98eeca7f171e5\">Como intendente, creo que el desaf\u00edo es avanzar con hechos: generando m\u00e1s oportunidades, abriendo espacios en \u00e1reas donde hist\u00f3ricamente hubo menos mujeres y fortaleciendo una cultura institucional basada en el respeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8a8dd02cce961da67e1a0fc5e0df1b8e\">Cuando la igualdad avanza, avanza todo el departamento.
